PLAY HUB CAFE IN BRISTOL

We are open weekdays and Saturdays for everyday play sessions, which are slots of 1.5hrs for you and your little ones to come and play in the indoor and outdoor areas. The cafe seating is incorporated into the play area. Booking your play slot is essential and please let us know all adults and children that are attending in your group. Mon – Fri play slots are: 10.30-12.00/ 12.30-2.00/ 2.30-4.00 and Sat 10am-12pm Everyday Play Sessions: £2 Adult/£4 child/£2.50 siblings Your spaces for adults and children can be booked online here

EARLY MORNING PLAY SESSIONS 9:15-10am Group play sessions for babies and toddlers. If you're early risers try one of our specially curated early morning play sessions: Monday - Baby Play Welcome to the wonderful world of parenthood, a play session for under one's. Tuesday - Lower Capacity A supportive play session for parents and their little ones, everyone is welcome. Thursday - Mother and Baby Fitness Feel supported, motivated and most importantly never judged. Being part of our membership gives you entry to Be Weird Be Wild Be Wonderful, where you can share the love of play with us as often as you like. Memberships are for our everyday play sessions and exclude any events and our 9.15am-10.00am groups. Booking will be required for entry via our website. Availability is not guaranteed with a membership. Booking is on a first come first served basis. Your membership will be registered to your email address and we recommend downloading and booking through our 'spaces by wix' app with the code TTK6C3 Memberships are non transferable. Memberships are reoccurring payments - the payment will be taken from the card used to activate the membership on the same date each month. Childminder memberships belong to the registered adult so any of the children they care for can attend with them. Your membership will continue to run whilst you are signed up to the subscription scheme. You can cancel at anytime via the members page on our website. Yes we have a limited number of allocated spaces outside but also have street parking nearby. We ask that you park considerately when parking nearby.

Yes! Get 1.5hrs of exclusive use of our Weird, Wild and Wonderful venue for your private parties and events! Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel a play session booking so we are able to offer the space to those on the waiting list. Your booking will be refunded if we are given 24+ hours notice. We appreciate cancelation requests instead of no shows so we can fill those play spaces. You can cancel via the website form, on the app, or by responding to your reminder email. Please note that any refunds are processed manually so may take up to 2 working days to be actioned. If you have the childminder or family membership package plan please use the website or app to book. Due to booking system restrictions members can only book one space on the booking form. Just choose '1 adult'. If you book more than one space the booking will not register on our booking list and your places at the playhub will not be reserved. On the form you can type in the exact number of adults/children you are planning to bring in your group to let us know how many spaces to reserve for you. This amount must be within your membership package limits. Any extra children/adults will need to be booked and paid for online. Please contact us with any queries regarding booking as a member.
